CAMA Software

Visual Asset & Property Management System is an online Compter-Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system designed for Assessors. The software encompases all the tools needed for valuation and administration of both Real and Personal Property.

The Assessment Administration and CAMA are an integrated application and delivered as a SaaS, sometimes referred to as "on-demand software" supplied by ISVs or "Application-Service-Providers" (ASPs), is a software delivery model in which software and associated data are centrally hosted on the cloud.

Unlike traditional software which is conventionally sold as a perpetual license with an up-front cost (and an optional ongoing support fee), we use an annual subscription fee. Consequently, the initial setup cost for our software is typically lower than the equivalent enterprise software. Our price is based on some usage parameters, which is the number of users using the application.

No need to purchase additional hardware is a key benefit of our software, especially for anyone with limited funds.

Offsite daily backups are included with our services.

The Cloud (or SaaS) model has no physical need for indirect distribution since it is not distributed physically and is deployed almost instantaneously.

SaaS applications similarly support what is traditionally known as application customization. In other words, like traditional enterprise software, a single customer can alter the set of configuration options (a.k.a., parameters) that affect its functionality and look-and-feel. Each customer may have its own settings (or: parameter values) for the configuration options. The application can be customized to the degree it was designed for based on a set of predefined configuration options. Taking this approach, government entities could request certain configurations that will operate from the same application and database as the Counties.

The user has the ability to login to the software via an internet connection. With this capability, other entities such as government officials, professionals could login in and assist Counties in appraisal and valuation techniques. Also, training could be conducted virtually anywhere with no software or hardware technicalities to tackle. The application is platform independent and can be accessed via a web browser from any desktop or mobile device with internet connection.
